On the surface HRH seems to make a correct decision on the matter as the MB may have caesed to command the confidence of majority of the elected Assemblymen. Nonetheless, the current state government has not suffered the same faith since the People have decided on March 8 last year to put the People's Pact in power by virtue of having won 32 of the overall State seats. Therefore if Ir Nizar has indeed ceased to command the confidence of the majority then someone among the PR's Assemblymen should take over with ease and not BN.
Earlier HRH's Regent is reported to have said that Rulers need to be impartial when it comes to politics therefore HRH should view his action as being heavily influenced by BN. To be impartial and truly seen as being impartial HRH should decline the request by the State BN Chairman as return the power to the People who have voted them out last March. Literally following the wordings of the Perak State Establishment Constitution since he should be aware that literally interpreting the law will cause hardship and unnecessary injustice to the parties involved. Perhaps HRH need to refresh his memory of how the court (in this case HRH acts as a court) interpret the law according not only to the presented evidences but others as well.
Nevertheless, HRH has decided that BN led government be emplaced instead of PR. We need to respect that decision though we do not like it. Sure, we are crestfallen and other PR led governments are in danger of being usurped as what is reported to have started in Kedah and might as well has started in earnest in Penang and Kelantan. To those elected Assemblymen 'for hire' you need to remind and careful watch your steps before even dreaming of becoming political whores as in reality you have betrayed the wish of your voters. Even if afterwards millions of ringgits are chanelled into your constituencies, they will never forget and hopefully that is the case.
As i've mentioned in my previous post, the disaster that befall PR has its very special blessings, such coup is no more myth but a reality before every Malaysian not only those in Perak but everywhere. Such will certain rekindle not quite distant memory in Sabah. Let it be a bitter lesson for PR to watch out and tread carefully before attempting to create anxiety among the people as what happened to September 16 saga by DSAI. Contrary to popular belief sowed by the ruling coalition, his idea of usurping the government is different since it is a public secret that those 'froggers' and will be froggers are being enticed and threaten with all sorts of physical comfort as well as promises of physical torture.
Former members of the biigest party in the ruling coalition who have by now become members and even worst elected representatives of PKR, DAP and Pas should be monitored with extreme prejudice since they might be sleeping agents waiting for the command to jump ship.
Any loyal Malaysians will be heartbroken to see what the nation has become due to some phobia infected politicians of losing their worldly power. Looking at the current situation, no Opposition held administrations or seats are vulnerable to be usurped as long as MONEY is the god. Looking at the current scenario, perhaps everyone will finally see that the only alternative to man- made laws are divine laws and in Malaysia's case it should the Shariah.
Shariah is an encompassing laws covering everything without leaving even a microscopic dot. Divine laws certainly have the answer to the situation in Perak and what may happen in Kedah next. Man - made laws are artificially perfect but since they are the products of human thus they too are vulnerable to manipulation to achieve human's ulterior motives.
The Almighty is testing the resolve and determination of those He love and today is His test to all PR members and supporters after back to back victories in Permatang Pauh and Kuala Terengganu. We need to be committed and constant in this noble quest to seek everlasting just, accountable and transparent government. Don't be disheartened. Falling back a few steps behind should not be seen as conceding defeat instead it is truly a refreshing and organising efforts. Dear fellow Perakian brothers, be brave and strong in facing this major test, you are not alone as your sufferings are collectively shared by all responsible Malaysians from Perlis to the remote places in Sabah.
"The greatest revenge is to accomplish what others say you cannot do."
A dedication to every disappointed Malaysian
