Compare and Contrast

The greater a man is in power above others, the more he ought to excel them in virtue. None ought to govern who is not better than the governed.
Publius Syrus

Hmmm.....don't know what should I type, not because I have nothing to say but due to the confusion and chaotic telltale in Perak. What is really going on there? Nobody seems to know for sure and thus rumours start to spread. This is really how Malaysian politics survive - through hearsay and rumours which are lies rather than the truth. People are getting restless because of these sweet talking politicians. They are the culprits particularly from those who have the upper hands.

Again, the recent confusion leads to a glaring yet unknown or rather hidden truth - ex members of the 'mighty' UMNO can't really be trusted since they are used to live the life of the rich, they are used to be with those in powers and they can't stand being powerless and 'ringgitless' though they are given the trust by the people in another shirt hoping that they have learnt from their previous life. Indeed, they have learn that without money, power and authority are useless. Hence, these bunch of seasoned politicians are open to any 'suggestions' particularly if those suggestions involved money.

Being accustomed to moderation, politicians from DAP and Pas are more or less immune from being enticed by financial incentives. More or less politicians from both parties are clear about what they are fighting for. For them, people are their real master and they are in power because of the people and therefore to remain in power they will fight for the people unlike PKR which until today remain a mystery.

The duo Mohd Osman Jailu and Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi should not disappear so sudden and reappear in the same manner for whatever reasons either being ill or any. One commenter in a blog lamented their disappearing act as they become Yang Berhormat because of the people but when it comes to work, they suddenly disappear and reappear only after their seats are declared vacant. These kind of politicians are relics from the current governing coalition who are seen to be working in the eve of an election.

If those seats are declared vacant, hopefully with the grace of the Almighty the current Perak will remain in power since they are at the helm because the people want them to not by default. If any voters in those two state seats happen to blog hopping and manager to read this, my plea to you all - retain the present government since they have the people's welfare close at heart. Let them continue and prove their worth. If it is hard to discern just look around, while we are walking on foot or riding in a Kancil politicians and those close to them coming from the coalition are comfortable in their big cars chauffeured by drivers paid by those who are walking or driving in a small 'unreliable' locally made cars.

Pas and DAP are different - they live like us
