Highway Robbery

Perseverence is the KEY to victory!

As believers we need to have a solid trust in His Ways. We should not ever let our hope down since what happened in Perak is actually a blessing in disguise. Nonetheless, to all who truly believe in a just and morally upright government - the bulk of Malaysians, there is the urgent need to continue to work and strive realising our shared dream of seeing a morally and accountable government and not just state government but the Federal government.

While we are disappointed with the mischievous tactics of the ruling coalition but at the same time we need to be grateful to them since now they have been truly exposed. It is now clear that they will do everything just to remain in power despite the resounding voice of the People who long for change - change for a better future not just for certain selected groups but to everyone. Yesterday coup signals the beginning of their 'thug' like tactics ignoring the wish of the People. From now on they will say and claim everything like here.

Experts in twisting the truth as those people are, they will continue to muddle the truth which is very simple- Majority of Perakians opt for the People's Pact in the last general election. Their mistake especially PKR is may be their failure to vet every candidates before the election although the candidates have signed a kind of undertaking to uphold the party. PKR itself is from the very beginning has been besieged with a critical identity crisis since majority of its members and elected representatives are formerly of the largest party in the ruling coalition. That largest party itself is critically ill with moral and ethical cancer. Only a few are genuinely 'clean' but they are at a disadvantage being political greens.

The trouble in Perak we have to admit originates from their Advisor's overzealous wish to topple the ruling coalition which is of course very honourable but until today nothing has really materialised. Ironically, such confidence finally backfires when two of their own elected representatives opt to become 'Independent' amidst allegation of abuse of power and corruption. We may never know whether those allegations will hold or not but seeing from the current situation the trial will drag for a very long time to wane the People's interest and anger of the ruling coalition's heist. They trust that being very forgetful and at the same time very accommodating (read Pemaaf), soon Malaysians will not so anything other than saying past is history we need to go on.

This is when and where everyone who believe in justice and morality should continue to remind themselves and all Malaysians of what the ruling coalition has been doing all along. Voters in Malaysia need to be reminded and re educated of the atrocities and cheating tactics they have since practised as recent as in Sabah in 1990 when because of some ungrateful and unprincipled elected representatives the democratically elected PBS-led government crumbled to be replaced by the state government. Today, those 'frogs' are still enjoying the bounty they accumulate from the day of their historical frogging, both are still elected Representatives with one even holding a Federal Deputy Minister post.

Hopefully, loyal and patriotic Malaysians will forever remember February 4, 2009 as the day when Perakians are robbed of their choice by power crazy thugs. Many partisans and neutral Malaysians opined that what the ruling coalition do to wrestle the state government will likely to bear negative impacts on the ruling coalition's future. Many have even expressed utter disgust and even promised to spit on those treacherous elected representaive responsible for the eventual change of government.

In a nutshell, everyone need to remember and spread the highway robbery committed by those who boasted of being democratic and declare their respect for the People's wish. Let us pray for strength and resolve in facing this situation.

Of all tyrannies a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive.
